Three levels, all quoted per project.
Every figure below is where a tier starts, not what it costs. We give you a fixed price in writing after the call, and that figure is what you pay. There is no monthly fee on any of them: you buy the site once and it is yours from the day it launches.
Rodeo Drive
Businesses that have outgrown a template and want a site built around them, owned outright.

Built from nothing
No template and no starting layout. We design your site around what your business does, which is why the price depends on the project rather than the plan.
You own it, from day one
No monthly fee and nothing to buy out later, because there is nothing left to buy. The site, the domain, the hosting account, and on Park Avenue the source code, are all in your name when it launches.
Someone has to run it
A website that nobody maintains goes stale and eventually breaks. So you have a choice about who does that work, and the three ways of answering it are below.
The rest of the money works as it does on the standard plans: a deposit of around half to book the build, the balance at launch, and your domain in your name from the start. The one thing that does not carry over is the timeline. Our standard plans launch in about two weeks, and a VIP build does not, because it is scoped to your project rather than fitted to a template. We agree a schedule with you before any money changes hands, and that date is the one we work to. The terms cover the rest.
Learn it once, or hand it back to us.
All three are optional, and you can decide after the site is built rather than before. None of them is a contract you are locked into. The difference between the last two is who does the work: on the monthly we run the site, and on priority debugging you run it and we fix what you cannot.
The Learn Pack, paid once
Three months of priority support, spent teaching you to run the site rather than running it for you. Training sessions on every part of it, a written guide kept for your records, and your questions answered in the same week on Rodeo Drive, within 24 hours on Fifth Avenue, and the same day on Park Avenue. It costs $599 on Rodeo Drive, $899 on Fifth Avenue, and $1,199 on Park Avenue. After the three months you run the site yourself and pay us nothing further.
Or a monthly, if you would rather not
We keep running it instead: hosting, backups, security, and your content changes, the same as on the standard plans. It is 7.5% of the total project price each month, so a $4,000 build is about $300 a month and a $12,000 build about $900. Month to month, cancel in writing whenever you like.
Or priority debugging, if you host it
$99/month to have us on call for whatever breaks. This is the one for the owner who did the Learn Pack, runs the site perfectly well, and just wants someone to ring when something stops working. It does not include hosting, which is the point: you keep the site in your own account and pay us only for the help. Month to month, cancel in writing whenever you like.
You can also take the site and go. It is yours, and you are free to hand it to your own developer. Cancelling the monthly does not take a VIP site down the way it would on a standard plan, because you already own it: we move it into your own hosting account and stop doing the work on it. Do tell us though. We are hosting it while the monthly runs, so if the payments simply stop and nobody says anything, we treat that as an unpaid bill rather than as a cancellation, and the site goes offline while we chase it. One email prevents that.
Three more, for selling online.
Our store plans stop at the Cloud-Based build, and past that a store is quoted per project the same way a website is. These are bought once and owned outright too, with no monthly fee unless you ask us to run it. A store costs more than a site of the same size because there is more to build and more to get right.

Store builds carry a cost the website builds do not: the platform charges its own monthly fee and takes a cut of each sale. That is paid by you to Shopify, Square, or whoever you end up on, rather than to us, and we will tell you what it comes to for your catalogue before you commit to a platform.
Most businesses don't need this.
If a four-page site with a contact form does the job, the standard plans will serve you better and cost a fraction of this. VIP is for businesses where the website is doing real work: taking bookings, running locations, holding customer accounts, replacing something that currently happens on paper. We will tell you honestly which one you are on the call.
