You answer questions about your business on one call. I write the pages, build the site, and put it in front of you to click through before anything goes live.
Hosting and email are in the price
Your domain, hosting, backups, security updates and a mailbox on your own name are all inside the monthly. No separate bills to keep track of and nothing extra to buy.
Changes by email or text
New hours, a price change, a photo from last week. Send it the way you would send it to anyone, and it is done. Every plan includes a set number each month.
One figure, agreed up front
A build fee and a monthly fee, both on the page below. If what you want does not match a plan exactly, five pages but with customer logins, I price that instead of moving you up a tier. Nothing lands on your invoice that you did not agree to first.

I ask about your business
A 30-minute call covering what you sell, who your customers are, and the questions they usually ask you on the phone. You get a firm price at the end of it. A deposit of around half puts your build in the schedule; the rest is due at launch.
Day 1I build the site and you review it
You get a working website to click through: real pages, real navigation, not a static image. Two rounds of revisions are included before launch.
Days 2 to 12I launch it and keep it running
I connect your domain, set up hosting and security, and create your Google Business Profile. After launch, send changes by email or text and I make them.

My plans cover most of what a business needs from a website. Some businesses need the site to do a job no plan covers, and that is what a VIP build is: designed from nothing, built around how you work, and owned outright. From $2,749, quoted per project.

No template and no starting theme. I design the site around what your business actually does, which is why it is quoted per project rather than picked off a list.

You buy it once. No monthly fee, nothing to buy out later, and the domain, hosting and email are all in your name. On the top tier the source code is handed over too.

It is yours at launch, so running it yourself costs nothing. Hand it back instead and I keep running it for a monthly fee, or keep it and pay only for me to be on call. You decide after it is built.
