Everything that goes into a local business website.
Every plan is built on the same foundation. The higher ones add what you need to take bookings, sell online, or run more than one location.
Built around what the business actually does.
Three examples of the shape a plan takes. Yours is designed from your own photos, your own words and the one thing you need a visitor to do.

What's in the base build
Website design & build
I design pages around what your business actually does: a menu, a service list, a booking form. Not a generic template with your name swapped in.
Hosting, security & backups
Your site stays online, gets security updates automatically, and is backed up for you. If something breaks, I fix it. You don't get paged about it.
A domain that's actually yours
I register or connect your domain in your name and point it at your new site. The domain stays yours whatever happens to the plan, even if you leave me.
Google Business Profile setup
I claim and fill out your Google listing so your hours, address, and phone number show up correctly when people search for you nearby.
Website maintenance and edits
Email or text me a change, such as new hours, a price update, or a new photo, and I make it. How many are included each month goes up with the plan, from one to five. The plans page has the numbers.
Mobile-friendly web design, by default
Every site is built and tested on phones first, since that's how most people will find you. Buttons, menus, and forms all work with a thumb, not just a mouse.
What the bigger plans add
These come with the plan rather than costing extra, and each one says where it starts. Everything on a Broadway build is on the VIP tiers too.
Online booking, ordering, or quotes
From BroadwayA form or booking widget built for how your business takes requests, connected to your email or calendar. Quote request forms start a tier earlier, on Main Street.
Local SEO for your service area
From BroadwayPages built around the towns and neighborhoods you actually serve, so you show up for searches that matter.
A gallery of your work
From Main StreetPhotos of what you make, cook, or fix, laid out properly rather than dropped in a row. I work from the photos you already have.
Reviews pulled from Google
From BroadwayYour existing Google reviews shown on your site automatically, kept up to date without any extra work from you.
Online store and payments
Any store planSell products directly from your site with a real checkout, on Shopify, Square, or WooCommerce.
Multiple location pages
From BroadwayA dedicated page per location with its own hours, address, and directions.
All of it, on one page.
Web plans
Built for you, launched in about two weeks, then kept running.
Online stores
Your products loaded, payments working, and someone keeping it that way.
VIP websites
Bought once and owned outright, with no monthly fee. Quoted per project.
VIP online stores
The same again for selling: yours outright, quoted per project, plus the platform's own fees.
Additional services
More customers, more mailboxes, more posts.
Plan prices are a range, and where you land in it depends on how much you need built. VIP tiers are quoted per project, so those figures are where a tier starts. Nothing here is a fixed menu: if you want part of one plan and part of another, I price that rather than moving you up to the tier that happens to include everything. Either way I confirm your figure in writing before anything is built.
Not sure what you need?
Tell me about your business on a call and I'll tell you plainly which plan fits.
