You want customers to find you, call you, and book with you. That's what a good website does — but only if someone builds it properly and keeps it running month after month. That part is our job, so you can get on with yours.
What to know before you call.
You deal with one person
Whoever you speak to on the call is who builds your site and who makes your changes afterwards. Nothing gets passed to an account manager, and you never have to explain your business twice.
The prices are on the site already
Four website plans, four ways to sell online, and a short list of add-on services, all with their figures next to them. The call is where we confirm which one fits you — not where the number gets invented.
We run it after launch
Hosting, backups, security updates, and a monthly allowance of content changes are covered by the fee — one a month on Store Front, three on Broadway, and agreed up front on the custom plans. You email or text us the change; there's no dashboard to learn.
You can buy it outright
Every plan has a buyout: a fixed figure on the set plans, a percentage of the project on the custom ones. Pay it and the site becomes yours, the monthly fee stops, and we spend up to 30 days helping you move it to a host of your choosing.
We work remotely
We're an online business based in Texas, with no shop or office to visit. Everything happens by video call and email — and not paying for a storefront is part of how the prices stay where they are.
We'll tell you to spend less
If a cheaper plan covers what you need, we'll say so. If ads won't pay for themselves in your line of work, we'll say that too. A client who stays is worth more to us than a bigger first invoice.
A build fee, then a monthly fee.
Starting
You aren't charged for the call, or for the written plan and price we send afterwards. If you go ahead, a 40% deposit books your build into the schedule, and the remaining 60% is due when the site goes live.
Running
The monthly fee starts at launch and covers hosting, backups, security, and the content updates your plan includes. It's month to month: cancel in writing whenever you like, with no cancellation fee.
Owning
The monthly fee is what keeps the site online, so cancelling without buying it out takes it down. We hold your files for 30 days after that, and you can still pay the buyout in that window. Your domain is in your name from the start either way.
